Monoprice took everything great about the original version and fixed its biggest flaws. The V2 model includes:

• All-Metal E3D-Style Hotend: Replaces the restrictive V1 plastic hotend. Handles higher temperatures up to 230°C. Dramatically minimizes filament clogging.
• Insulated Heated Print Bed: Built-in bed insulation significantly speeds up heat times compared to the V1. Pairs with a native BuildTak-style surface for superior first-layer print adhesion.
• Upgraded Controls & Electronics: Features a much larger, more tactile rotary navigation dial for frustration-free menu scrolling. An added internal cooling fan keeps the mainboard safe from overheating during long prints.
• Safer Power Supply: Equipped with a redesigned, highly reliable power supply that runs efficiently within its exact specs to prevent the hardware failures common to the V1.
